Nothin' On You

So. It's nearly that time folks!!! Finally this deployment is drawing to an end. Iraq has been great and all, but I'm sure ready to get my butt home. :-) Lately I haven't been able to keep a smile off my face, thanks to a certain person. Thanks a bunch secret person. Readers, you may ask yourself why I'm keeping it all under wraps. I'll explain it.

Myself and said person want to take things slow, and for me, it seems like a good idea to keep our names out of the public eye until we feel like a concrete and solid couple. Of course, they're unaware of my thoughts on this matter. For now. :-p I'm sure sooner or later they'll be reading this blog entry. It's weird, but I already feel very strongly about this person, and I have to remind myself to calm my jets, take it easy and slow. Because that's the way to build a solid base for a long lasting relationship right? Like I've got a clue about long term anything, but I want to try and make it work with 'em. :-) It's kinda ridiculous how happy I think I could be. It scares me at the same time. But, I think Garth Brooks said it pretty well:

Also, a shout out to my friend Jenn!!!! Congrats on your engagement, I'm so excited to hear that C (or is it a K?) FINALLY proposed. You deserve the world, and more, beautiful girl. <3
